For dancers age 6 and older!
This class is for those involved in dance who want to focus on the acrobatic skills needed for dance! Come get extra time to work on your walkovers, handsprings, aerials, layouts and more! We provide the latest tips, techniques, and drills to help expedite the process. Dancers should have the basic concept of cartwheels and bridge kick-overs before joining this class otherwise we recommend taking a tumbling class.

This class is for those who are involved with cheer and want extra time to work on the skills such as round-offs, walkovers, back handsprings, and flipping, both front and back!
